Two people training in a private wellness studio overlooking the Brickell skyline

Opening January 2027 · Chiropractic care for the life you lead

Your life asks a lotof your body.

Long hours, hard training, and constant travel all land in the same place. Most people are told to manage it. We would rather measure it properly once, tell you exactly what we find, and give you a plan with a clear finish line and an honest answer about what it takes to keep the result.

Who walks in

Most people arrive with one of these.

Not a diagnosis — just the reason that finally made the appointment. If yours is not listed, bring it anyway.

If chiropractic is not the answer for what you bring in, we say so and refer you to the specialty that is. And if what you want is a quick walk-in crack on a lunch break, this is not that practice — everything here starts with an examination.

Method

How care is structured here

A plan with a finish line, and a way to hold it.

Care here moves through three stages, and every visit answers the same two questions: what changed since last time, and what should change next. You should always be able to tell which stage you are in and what finishing the active plan looks like. Finishing is not the same as stopping — strength and mobility hold only while you keep using them — so you leave knowing what the upkeep takes and how much of it is yours to do. Nothing here renews into a standing appointment on its own.

A coordinated treatment model

Why you might get one
treatment and not another.

Chiropractic adjustments, non-surgical spinal decompression, and radial shockwave therapy each solve a different problem. Which of them belongs in your plan is a finding, not a preference — it comes out of your examination.

01

Hands on care with a reason

Chiropractic Adjustments

We select the technique from the joint and movement findings in your examination, then adapt it to your comfort, preferences, and response. The explanation comes before the adjustment.

Controlled traction for selected cases

Spinal Decompression

KDT non-surgical spinal decompression provides adjustable, monitored traction. We consider it only when your history and examination support a specific reason to use it.

Radial pressure wave treatment

Shockwave Therapy

STORZ radial shockwave therapy delivers pressure waves to a selected musculoskeletal treatment area. We explain the purpose and sensation, then adjust the intensity to your tolerance.

Your first visit

Listen. Examine. Explain.

Four steps, in order, before you decide anything. Tap each one to see what actually happens.

  1. 01

    Complete a short intake online

    ~5 min · from home

A brief digital intake covers your history and goals before you arrive, so your visit time goes to conversation and examination — not paperwork in a waiting room.

  2. 02

    Settle into a private studio

    Valet covered

One patient at a time, in a private room. No shared floor, no overhearing the appointment next door, and no waiting past the time you were given.

  3. 03

Tell us what changed, then a focused exam

    ~45–60 min

Tell us where the concern shows up, what it is changing, what you have tried, and what you want back. Your history guides a focused musculoskeletal exam — not a generic checklist.

  4. 04

A straight answer: can we help, or not

    Yes or no, same day

We show you what the examination found, tell you whether this is something we can help with, and what it would take. If it is not, you leave with the name of the specialty that can.

Straight about money

What the first visit costs.

$150The full examination, including motion studies and X-rays when indicated, so recommendations rest on findings, not guesses.

Treatment fees are quoted after your examination, because what you need is not known before it. Ask what something costs at any point — before you book, in the room, or after the findings. If you were planning to use health insurance, tell us before you book and we will walk you through exactly how the superbill works and what to ask your plan.

Provider

Who you will see

The same provider every visit.
One accountable plan.

Chiro In Brickell is built around a single provider rather than a rotating panel, so nothing is handed off mid-plan and no recommendation reaches you from someone who has not examined you.

Your provider listens first, explains the examination findings in plain language, and connects every recommendation to a specific goal. If another specialty is the right next step, you are referred out rather than sold care that does not fit.

Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a promise of outcome. Those follow an individual evaluation.

Frequently asked

Before the first visit.

How do I book my first visit?

Choose Book Your Evaluation anywhere on this page to continue in the secure patient portal. Select a time, complete the required intake, and review your appointment details before your visit.

What does the first visit cost?

The full examination, including the X-ray and motion studies, is $150. You are told the price before anything is billed. Treatment fees are quoted after the examination, because what you need is not known before it.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what the examination finds, and we will not pretend to know before it. Some people need a short course of care, some need longer, and some need a referral elsewhere. You get the number and the reasoning behind it when your findings are explained. That number covers the active plan; what you do after it, if anything, is a separate conversation.

Do you take insurance?

Care is paid at the time of service, and you leave with an itemized superbill — the coded receipt insurers ask for — which you can submit to your plan for out-of-network reimbursement. Whether it reimburses, and how much, depends on your plan. Personal injury coverage after an auto accident is billed directly. We are not currently contracted with health plans; if that changes, this page will say so.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes. Structured care plans exist for people who need a course of care, and lighter ongoing care is available for people who finish the active plan and want to hold what they gained. Keeping range of motion and strength does take upkeep, and for most people the bulk of that is work they do on their own between far fewer visits. Which one fits, and what it costs, is discussed after your examination, because the number of visits depends on what the examination finds.

What are your hours?

From our January 2027 opening, appointments will be available 7:30–10:30am and 4:00–7:00pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00am–12:00pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday. The weekday windows sit before and after a Brickell workday so a visit does not take the middle of your day.

Where is Chiro In Brickell located?

Brickell Heights, 25 SW 9th Street, Suite 603, Miami, FL 33130 — the corner of SW 9th Street and South Miami Avenue, directly across from Brickell City Centre. See the Location section above for directions and parking.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Chiro In Brickell operates in English and Spanish, and this website can be read in either language using the EN / ES switch. Sí, atendemos en español.

Can I book a specific treatment?

Book an evaluation first. You can tell us what you are interested in, including chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, or shockwave therapy, but your history and examination determine what is appropriate for your visit.

What services do you offer?

Chiro In Brickell offers chiropractic adjustments, KDT non-surgical spinal decompression, and STORZ radial shockwave therapy when clinically appropriate. Your evaluation determines whether any service belongs in your care.

What should I avoid sending by email or through this site?

Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, records, or other health information by email or through this website, which does not collect health information. Appointment details, intake, documents, and clinical communication belong in the secure patient portal.
