Chiropractic care for the life you lead

Your life asks a lotof your body.

Long hours. Hard training. Frequent flights. When neck or back pain starts changing how you work, move, sleep, or travel, you need more than a routine visit. You need a clear place to begin.

01 / Philosophy

When pain begins making decisions for you

Your back should not be planning your day.

It shows up in the meeting you stand through, the workout you cut short, the flight you avoid booking, or the morning that starts with caution. We start with what the concern is changing in your life, then examine what may be contributing to it.

Brickell life shows up in the body

The meeting you stand through. The workout you cut short. The flight you hesitate to book.

The concern may start in your neck or back. Its impact reaches into the rest of your week. Your care should account for both.

A coordinated treatment model

Not a menu of treatments.
A role for each one.

You will not be handed a preset bundle. Chiropractic adjustments, nonsurgical spinal decompression, and radial shockwave therapy each have a distinct role. Your history, examination, goals, and response determine what belongs in the plan.

01

Hands on care with a reason

Chiropractic Adjustments

We select the technique from the joint and movement findings in your examination, then adapt it to your comfort, preferences, and response. The explanation comes before the adjustment.

Examine · Adjust · Reassess

02

Controlled traction for selected cases

Spinal Decompression

KDT nonsurgical spinal decompression provides adjustable, monitored traction. We consider it only when your history and examination support a specific reason to use it.

Position · Force · Response
03

Radial pressure wave treatment

Shockwave Therapy

STORZ radial shockwave therapy delivers pressure waves to a selected musculoskeletal treatment area. We explain the purpose and sensation, then adjust the intensity to your tolerance.

Care should make room for your life

The goal is not more visits.
It is more of your life back.

Every plan needs a purpose, a direction, and checkpoints. Work, training, sleep, and recovery stay in the conversation because change only matters when you can use it outside the studio.

Move · Recover · Adapt · Perform

Every treatment needs a reason

Know what we are considering
and why.

Your history, examination, goals, and response guide each recommendation. If we cannot explain why a treatment belongs in your plan, we should not recommend it.

01

Chiropractic adjustments

Hands on care selected around relevant joint and movement findings.

The role
To address joint and movement findings that matter to the broader plan.
What shapes it
Your examination, comfort, preferences, and response at each visit.
What you can expect
An explanation first, with technique and positioning adapted to you.

This overview is general education, not a recommendation or promise of outcome. The licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate after an individual evaluation.

Your first visit

Listen. Examine. Explain.

Your first visit is not a sales presentation for a preset package. It is time to understand what changed, examine the concern, and give you a clear explanation before you decide what comes next.

  1. 01

    What changed?

Tell us where the concern shows up, what it is changing, what you have tried, and what you want back.

  2. 02

    What do we find?

Your history guides a focused musculoskeletal examination rather than a generic checklist.

  3. 03

    What makes sense?

We explain the findings, answer your questions, and tell you whether our care is an appropriate option.

Restore · Refine · Perform

Start with what limits you. Build toward what matters.

If care is appropriate, your plan begins with the problem affecting life now. It changes as you change, and it scales back when you need less support.

01 / Active concern

Restore

Begin with what is getting in the way now and define the first change you want to feel in daily life.

  • Establish where you are today
  • Prioritize the active concern
  • Track whether care is helping
02 / Measured progress

Refine

Build on what is improving and adjust the plan as your movement and capacity change.

  • Recheck relevant findings
  • Change what is not helping
  • Connect progress to daily function
03 / Life in motion

Perform

Decide whether continued support fits the way you train, recover, travel, and live.

  • Support the progress you value
  • Adapt to changing demands
  • Use less care when less is enough

Specific services, visit frequency, and fees are discussed only after an individual evaluation. Recommendations and results vary.
